My Contributions
Worked closely between the product and engineering teams. Everything from selecting and grooming the lead front-end engineer to pushing but then supporting the other technical resources to make the product a golden standard for future products to come. Represented the engineer team during the technical and security audits required to complete the project. Assisted the lead Back-end engineer to setup our CI scaffolding and other key technical decisions.
A site that was privately in the negotiations for years, it wasn’t until 2019 that code commits really started to pick up. I feel extremely fortunate to have worked on this project. This being the first large scale project where I stepped up from being lead front-end role to the Software engineering manager role. I couldn’t be more proud of my team and everyone who helped this dream become realized.
